Customs & Tax

Customs policies vary by country and YRBfashion cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. When ordering from YRBfashion, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information. In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment. Customers order large quantity products, orders might be shipped in 2 or more packeges to meet the minimum taxable value.

Will I have a Tracking number?

All parcels are shipped by recorded service, we will provide tracking number for all orders.
Can you deliver to Post Office Box address?

Most couriers will not deliver to post office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) box addresses.  For smooth and swift delivery, we advise you to not list a post office box shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.
Why my item was returned to YRBfashion?
All shipments returned to YRBfashion are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the courier (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. 

What are your Return / Exchange Policy?

Fashion products: Women, Men, Bags, Shoes, Babies & Kids:
Can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receiving the item.
Fashion products: Swimwear and Innerwear:
Only defective items can be returned/exchanged.
Accessories products:
Only defective items can be returned/exchanged.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you email our Customer Service Department: 
1.Your order number
2.Product name and catalogue number of the item you wish to return
3.Reason for requesting (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)
4.In cases of size exchange, the catalogue number and size for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
5.To what address you would like to return the item (you may choose the one closer to you or cheaper to ship to). 

What is your Cancelation Policy?
Orders may be canceled within *24 hours of placing the order. Please contact as soon as possible if you plan to cancel any order.
*If you have paid for express delivery and your order is already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Orders cannot be canceled later than 48 hours of placing.

All deliveries are free over £20.00, all orders under £20.00 will be charged £5.00 shipping
